Each individual is permitted to hold one ban55 account only. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device or same IP address — constitutes a breach of these terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed. Balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited and any bonuses claimed across them will be void.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. ban55 cannot be held responsible for unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or gift your ban55 account or the balance within it to another person. Attempts to do so will result in account closure.
An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ban55 may apply a dormancy fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the schedule notified to the account holder. Remaining balances will not fall below zero as a result of dormancy fees.
ban55 accepts deposits in PKR via the following methods currently available to Pakistan players:
All funds deposited must come from a payment account registered in your name. Depositing funds from a third-party account is not permitted and may trigger an investigation and account suspension. ban55 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting winnings become withdrawable as real money. Bonuses are intended for individual players for personal entertainment. Players who, in ban55's assessment, are using bonuses in a way that is structured to exploit the bonus system — including through matched betting, systematic low-risk play on eligible games designed purely to meet wagering requirements, or co-ordinated activity across accounts — may have bonuses voided and related balances forfeited.
All bonuses carry an expiry date. If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated period, the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it will be removed from your account. Deposited funds are not affected by bonus expiry.
Once you opt in to a bonus, the associated wagering requirements must be completed before you can withdraw. If you would prefer to withdraw without completing wagering, do not claim the bonus or contact support before making a deposit to confirm your preference.
